  11. What does Icon Obtainer do?
  12.  
  13.     Icon Obtainer extracts icons from dll and exe files in
  14.     the directory you select.  It then allows you to save
  15.     them as a .ico file.  It also converts bitmaps to
  16.     Icons.

  22.         With this version I have fixed two bugs listed below
  23.         and also have changed the looks of the interface.

  25.             1.  Would not run on machines with date format
  26.                 other than mm/dd/yy.
